Holistic Health has always been an important part of my life. The summer after I graduated from the University of Massachusetts I drove across the country to California. I lived in San Francisco for almost ten years soaking up the West Coast Holistic Lifestyle. I moved back to Massachusetts in 2000 ready to bring all I had learned and experienced to grow my Wellness Practice. I strive to empower my clients to heal and balance their lives so their day to day existence is exceptional and they live each moment of their lives to the fullest.
